By accessing or using Gym Session ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Gym Session is a fitness tracking platform. We provide tools for logging workouts, calculating performance metrics, and visualizing progress.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Access to Gym Session requires a paid subscription ($3 USD/month). All payments are processed securely via Polar. By subscribing, you agree to Polar's terms and conditions. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through your account settings or Polar dashboard.

4. Service Availability and Maintenance

While we strive for 24/7 uptime, Gym Session is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. You acknowledge that:

• The service may be temporarily unavailable for scheduled maintenance, updates, or emergency fixes.
• We are not liable for any loss of data or inconvenience caused by service interruptions or downtime.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.

6. Limitation of Liability

Gym Session and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App following changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
