• Payment Data & Compliance: We do not store credit card details. All payments are handled securely by Polar. Your IP address is forwarded to Polar during checkout to calculate correct regional pricing and taxes.

• Provide and personalize your workout tracking experience.
• Process your subscription via Polar.
• Communicate essential service updates or support responses.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We only share information with essential service providers solely for the purpose of operating the service. This includes:

• Polar: For payment processing and subscription management (including IP forwarding for regional pricing).
• Brevo: For sending transactional emails (like welcome emails and password resets).
• Cloudflare Turnstile: For bot protection during sign-up, which may collect basic device and IP signals to ensure security.
• Hosting Providers: For secure database and application hosting.
